VibView Bronze Plus Software

Includes Fault Frequency and Component databases. This package
must be ordered in conjunction with the AMS Machinery Manager
(Single-User or Network) Core Software License. This version
runs on Microsoft Windows 32-bit platforms (Windows XP Professional
SP1 or SP2, Windows 2000 >SP2, or Windows 2003 Server).
It includes the VibView Bronze module (See Portable Vibration
Software), plus:
- Fault Frequency Calculation Program
- Component Databases for Bearings, Motors, Gears,
etc.
VibView Bronze offers a basic level of spectrum and waveform
analysis capability for a vibration analysis program. Compatible
with all current CSI machinery analyzers, this software
can be used to create and download measurement routes for
machinery analysis. Collected data is uploaded back to VibView
Bronze for alarm reporting and data display. In addition
to plotting of parameter trends, VibView Bronze displays
spectrum and waveform data for manual diagnosis and identification
of fault frequencies. VibView Bronze offers a clear expansion
path as your program grows and can be seamless upgraded
to any higher level VibView advanced vibration analysis
software. Although available in both stand-alone or network
versions, TrendView can not be combined with any other module
or AMS Machinery Manager package.
VibView Bronze Software

This package must be ordered in conjunction with the AMS
Machinery Manager (Single-User or Network) Core Software
License. This version runs on Microsoft Windows 32-bit platforms
(Windows XP Professional SP1 or SP2, Windows 2000 >SP2,
or Windows 2003 Server). VibView Bronze is an entry level,
vibration-only software package including:
- Basic Database Creation and Management (DBASE does
not contain any Wizard functionality, PeakVue, SST,
or demodulation configuration capability.) Number of
lines available: 100, 200, 400, and 800. No fault frequencies
are available.
- Vibration Analyzer Communication
- Basic Exception Alarm Reporting for Spectra, Waveform,
and Trends. (EXPORT does not contain the following:
Vibration Alarm Priority summary, Equipment Alarm Status
List, Last Measurement Deviation Report, Route Survey

VibView Bronze offers a basic level of spectrum and waveform

VibView Silver or higher, allowing you to take advantage
of more advanced analysis tools.
TrendView Software

This package must be ordered in conjunction with the AMS

TrendView is entry level software providing everything required
to establish a basic vibration trending program. When used
with the CSI 2117P1 parameter data collector, it creates
a low-cost system to measure and trend key machine condition
parameters (such as the overall vibration level) and utilize
multiple user-definable parameter bands to distinguish imbalance,
misalignment, bearing faults, and other types of machinery
problems. TrendView software offers a clear expansion path
and can be upgraded to any level of VibView advanced vibration
analysis software. Although available in both stand-alone
or network versions, TrendView can not be combined with
any other module or AMS Machinery Manager package.
Diagnostic Analysis Software

Diagnostic Analysis uses the latest Microsoft.net and C#
development tools to give the user the windows functions
usability such as right click, cut, copy, paste, drag and
drop, multiple windows, dual monitor support, scaling, and
many more Windows functions to which today's software user
has become accustomed. The Diagnostic Analysis module provides
easier database navigation by having the ability to retain
the database hierarchical tree on the screen at the same
time the plots are being displayed on the remainder of the
screen. This way the user can move to a new area, asset,
point, or specific data plot and simply select that choice
in the database tree with arrow keys or a mouse click. Diagnostic
Analysis provides the user with more information than previously
displayed through AMS Machinery Manager. The user can select
as many types and number of plots as desired to display
on the screen, providing the user with easy navigation and
greater efficiency in analyzing data and diagnosing machinery
health.
AutoStat Software

Autostat creates external envelopes and alarm limit levels
by performing a statistical analysis on data in the database.
Machines which are similar in design and exhibit similar
characteristics in their vibration signatures can be grouped
together so that their spectral data can be used to statistically
construct these envelope limits and alarm limit sets.
Nspectr Software

Nspectr is a knowledge-based program designed to assist
analysts in making speedy and accurate diagnoses of equipment
problems by providing diagnostics and recommended actions.
VibPro Advanced Diagnostic Software

Data collected with the Advanced Cross-Channel Analysis,
ODS/Modal, or Advanced Transient Analysis downloadable programs
for the CSI 2120/2120A/2130 Anazyers can be uploaded to
VibPro Advanced Diagnostic software for post-processing,
in-depth analysis, and archival. When used in conjunction
with the Advanced Cross-Channel Analysis or ODS/Modal programs,
VibPro provides analysis for phase, coherence, and transfer
functions (both real and imaginary components). When used
with the Advanced Transient program any portion of the waveform
may be expanded for FFT analysis. VibPro also includes a
standard data export format to transfer measurements to
ODS and Modal Analysis software for advanced structural
analysis. This package must be ordered in conjunction with
the AMS Machinery Manager (Single-User or Network) Core
Software License.
Windows-Based ODS Software

Modal Analysis software for advanced structural analysis,
including Modal Parameter Estimation, curve fitting, and
FRF matrix synthesis. Also includes all the features of
the ODS level software (shown directly above). The Advanced
2-Channel downloadable program and VibPro software are required
for the interface to be functional for transfer of cross-channel
data. Software can be ordered as either a floating seat
(with a hardware security Key) or a fixed seat (without
a hardware security Key). Site license are not available.

Windows-Based SDM Analysis Software

Structural Dynamics Modification(SDM) software includes
all the features of the ODS and MODAL levels of software
shown above, plus the additional capability to perform "what-if"
scenarios to calculate and animate the effects of adding
structural finite elements such as mass, stiffness, damping,
or tuned vibration absorbers. The Advanced 2-Channel downloadable
program and VibPro software are required for the interface
to be functional for transfer of cross-channel data. Software
can be ordered as either a floating seat (with a hardware
security Key) or a fixed seat (without a hardware security
Key). Site license are not available. ME’scopeVES 4.0 only

UltraPlot Data Replot Software

Ordered in combination with UltraManager software, the UltraPlot
module enables the user to store, report, display, and manage
job data collected with the following CSI brand analyzers:
- CSI 1910
- CSI 8000/8117 (applies to vibration jobs collected
with the Analyze application)
- CSI 2130 (applies to vibration jobs collected with
the Analyze application)
Diagnostic features include the peak locating and labeling
functions, multiple cursors and cursor types, and data display
in any vibration units (acceleration, velocity or displacement).
The data archiving capability enables the user to establish
and store a baseline for new and rebuilt equipment that
serves as a reference when evaluating subsequent measurements
on the same equipment.
