UltraMgr Module
Part # A478000
The UltraMgr module provides systematic documentation of corrective maintenance activities, including alignment, balancing, machine certification and job-based machine troubleshooting using vibration and motor current analysis.

When installed in your PC, UltraMgr acts as a central database for all your corrective maintenance activities, offering a powerful tool to track the two leading causes of rotating equipment failure: misalignment and imbalance. It allows the user to store complete information on the balance job, including setup and results for retrieval and full job reports. Extensive reports can be generated summarizing machine alignment and balance conditions across an entire plant.

The UltraPlot module must be added to UltraMgr in order to communicate and plot vibration data from a CSI 1910 analyzer or the UltraSpec Analyze program.

This package must be ordered in conjunction with the AMS Machinery Manager (Single-User Network) Core Software License.

UltraPlot Data Replot Module
Part # A478002
Ordered in combination with UltraManager software, the UltraPlot module enables the user to store, report, display, and manage job data collected with the following CSI brand analyzers:
  • CSI 1910
  • CSI 8000/8117 (applies to vibration jobs collected with the Analyze application)
  • CSI 2130 (applies to vibration jobs collected with the Analyze application)
Diagnostic features include the peak locating and labeling functions, multiple cursors and cursor types, and data display in any vibration units (acceleration, velocity or displacement). The data archiving capability enables the user to establish and store a baseline for new and rebuilt equipment that serves as a reference when evaluating subsequent measurements on the same equipment.
