Ultrasonic detection is an excellent companion technology to lubrication analysis. For example, ultrasonic detection can be used to “hear” lubrication problem inside bearings.
Basic Ultrasonic Theory and Techniques – Level I

This 3-day course is comprehensive training for individuals with little or no experience in ultrasonic testing. The course offers a detailed introduction to ultrasonic theory and instrument operation. Through lecture and lab exercises, students gain an understanding of technical principles and test procedures. The CSI 7100 Machinery Health Scanner (formerly SonicScan) will be used in this class. Topics include:
