Electric Motor Diagnostics
Class # ATC-2081A
Class # ATC-2081AAU - Taught in Austin
Electric Motor Diagnostics is for mechanical and electrical
skilled personnel who may not have a background in motor
theory, operation and construction. Curriculum includes
recommended measurement points for the collection of current,
flux, and temperature. A detailed discussion of using flux
to detect stator-related problems will be presented and
in-depth analysis of current and flux data, including spectrum
and waveform, is provided for diagnosing AC motors. This
is a 2-day training class.
Basic MotorView
Class # ATC-2081B
The MotorView course uses labs and case histories to demonstrate
the functionality of the MotorView program in determining
rotor bar defects using current and flux data with a focus
on the theoretical concepts of motor diagnostics. This is
a 2-day training class.
Motor Diagnostics Certification
