Techniques for Delivering Asset Reliability

This course is for plant management, senior engineers and engineers. This seminar will be of particular value to personnel who are responsible for capital expenditure programs and to engineers who wish to examine the tools and techniques available to achieve pacesetter reliability levels. The course will also be of specific value to engineering and maintenance personnel who have the responsibility for ensuring equipment reliability during the operational stage of the life cycle. This 3-day course provides participants with an understanding of systems and procedures, which are available to make a step change in the reliability of their assets. During the course, the participants will understand the need for true collaboration and common understanding between all parties involved in the procurement cycle to achieve the goal of a reliable plant. This course addresses the business procedures and structures necessary to achieve a higher level of asset reliability. It is not a detailed examination of reliability and statistical analysis tools. Topics include:
  • A clear definition of the tools and measures that are available to achieve improved reliability challenges
  • The organization and systems needed to support a Reliability and Maintainability program
  • A step-by-step procedure which guides participants through the practical stages of setting up a Reliability and Maintainability structure
